These terms cover your use of the Owlslip website and app. Owlslip is run by PT Web Industri Teknologi, trading asInPresenceLab ("we", "us"), a limited liability company incorporated in Indonesia,Jl. Diponegoro, Kranggan, Gurah, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur 64181, Indonesia. By using Owlslip you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What Owlslip is

Owlslip is a planning aid. For a trip, it lists the travel documents you're likely to need, gives each one a date to start and a date to finish by, and reminds you until you mark them done. It also reminds you before passport, visa and travel authorization expiry dates you type in.

Owlslip is not legal or immigration advice. We are not a government, embassy or airline, we aren't connected to any of them, and we don't apply for visas on your behalf.

2. Check before you travel

Entry rules change often, sometimes with no notice, and they can depend on details we don't know about you. Each requirement on Owlslip shows its official source, the date we checked it, and whether a person has verified it or it has only been checked by AI. Even so, it can be out of date or wrong.

Always confirm what you need with the embassy or consulate of the country you're visiting, or with your airline, before you travel. Border officials and airlines make the final decision about boarding and entry.

3. Your account

• You need to be 18 or over to create an account.
• Keep the email address you sign in with secure. Anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Only add other people's details with their permission, or as their parent or guardian. See the privacy page for what we store.
• Keep the dates you enter correct. Your deadlines and reminders are worked out from them.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Polar is the seller on your receipt and handles checkout, sales tax or VAT, invoices and refunds. Polar's own terms also apply to your purchase.

• A per-trip plan covers one trip and ends when that trip starts.
• An annual plan covers all your trips for a year and renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
• Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Refunds: [refund policy — to decide].

If you live in a country that gives you a legal right to cancel a purchase, these terms don't take that right away.

5. Using Owlslip fairly

Please don't:

• copy the requirements directory in bulk, or scrape it automatically;
• resell Owlslip or its content;
• try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service;
• use Owlslip to store details about people without their permission.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

6. Our content

The text, checklists and design of Owlslip belong to us. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short parts with a link back. Official sources we link to belong to their publishers.

7. Reminders and availability

We work hard to send every reminder on time, but email can be delayed or filtered as spam, and the service can be down. Don't rely on Owlslip reminders alone for anything with a hard deadline. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you paid for, we'll offer a fair refund for the unused part.

8. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by relying on Owlslip, such as denied boarding, refused entry, missed or rebooked flights, visa or government fees, or other travel costs. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that the law in your country doesn't allow us to limit.

9. Ending

You can stop using Owlslip and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your travelers, trips and reminder history.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. For changes that matter, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Law

These terms are governed by [governing law — to confirm]. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections the law of the country where you live gives you.
